Sessions, Classes and Events are for Entertainment Purposes

All Appointments are conducted only via Zoom and or Skype/Telephone upon request

All sessions are private and confidential and your permission is asked on the day to use footage for promotional material which you can refuse.

If after 10min you don't feel a connection has been made to 'Spirit', you feel uncomfortable and or you would like to end the session prematurely for another reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

Re-scheduling is conducted by cancelling your appointment (a booking fee is charged if cancelling less than 14 days before the appointment) and you re-book.

Nobody is allowed at your reading apart from you unless they have been paid for. Contact us at to get a quote on two-person readings.

Admission to online events does not guarantee a reading.
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the appointment date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 40% fee. Any Appointment cancelled 12 hours or less or you do not show up it is considered a 'No-Show' which there is no Refund Available.
