Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the appointment date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 14 - 21 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 40% fee. Any Appointment cancelled 12 hours or less or you do not show up it is considered a 'No-Show' which there is no Refund Available.
