This encounter is like a deep  Meditation and requires you to commit for 14min to invite your Divine Spirit Guide into your awareness. 

With gentle requests, I'll ask you to utilise your Spirit to pull your guide closer to you in a "Virtual Temple". 

While you sit in the temple, your Guide will come to sit across from you. 

During this time, you can converse and gain insights from them. 

If at any point you want to pause or complete the encounter, simply open your eyes and instantly it stops.
